Using the service

You may use Get EPA 608 for lawful, personal exam preparation. You must give accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape or copy substantial portions of the question bank or study guide, resell access, share a paid account, introduce malicious code, or use the service to violate anyone else's rights.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. We may suspend or disable accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats or material breaches of these terms.

Free and paid access

Some features are free, while complete access requires a one-time purchase. The price, included features and access period shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Taxes may apply. Any refund rights given to you by applicable law are unaffected.

We may improve, replace or retire features over time. We will not intentionally remove a purchased entitlement without a valid reason such as fraud, a reversed charge, a legal requirement, or a serious breach of these terms.

Educational purpose and EPA independence

The service is educational material. It is not legal, regulatory, safety or technical advice, and it does not replace 40 CFR Part 82, EPA guidance, the instructions of your certifying organisation, or proper training for the work you carry out.

Get EPA 608 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or any approved certifying organisation. Our questions are original practice material, not live exam questions, and using the service does not guarantee a passing score or certification.

Intellectual property

The Get EPA 608 software, branding, original questions, explanations and course presentation are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while you have access. Government material quoted or cited remains subject to its own rights and attribution rules.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service accurate, secure and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for registering for your exam, for complying with current regulations, and for every decision you make on the job. To the extent permitted by law, Get EPA 608 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
