Common requests
- Account support: include the email address the account uses.
- Content corrections: include the question or lesson and what you believe is wrong. A citation to 40 CFR Part 82 helps us act quickly — we would rather fix a question than defend it.
- Privacy requests: tell us what you want us to do. We may need to verify your identity first.
- Accessibility feedback: tell us what you were trying to do, what blocked you, and any assistive technology you were using.
What we cannot help with
