What we do

We turn 40 CFR Part 82 into something you can actually revise from: a plain-English study guide, 602 practice questions, 250 flashcards and timed mock exams scored at the real pass mark.

The aim is not memorising answers. Every question carries an explanation and a reason each wrong option is wrong, because the Section 608 exam is a rules exam — most failures come from answering how the job is done on site rather than what the regulation actually requires.

How the material is developed

Content is written against the current text of 40 CFR Part 82 and the published Section 608 knowledge areas, with the relevant citation attached to questions where one applies. We review and correct the bank as regulations and source material change.

Where service best practice and regulatory requirement differ — a 500-micron dehydration target versus a required evacuation level, say — we say so explicitly, because conflating the two is one of the most common ways candidates lose marks.
